How it works
- In Meta Accounts Center, use "Export your information" to download your Threads followers and following ZIP.
- Upload the ZIP here and see who doesn't follow you back right away.
- A few days later, upload a new ZIP in the same browser to see who unfollowed you in between.

How can I see who unfollowed me on Threads?
Download your Threads followers and following ZIP from Meta Accounts Center twice, then upload them here one after the other. Anyone who disappeared from your followers between the two files shows up as someone who unfollowed you.
Do I need to enter my Threads password?
No. Threads Unfollow Check never asks for your password or a login. It only reads the ZIP file of your information that Meta creates for you.
Where does my file go?
Your file is never uploaded to a server. It's read in your browser, and only the list of usernames needed for comparison is saved in this browser, up to your 20 most recent records.
Does it cost anything?
It's free. You can see who doesn't follow you back, who unfollowed you, and even who unfollowed after you followed back, all for free.
